Amanda is here to share with us her journey to health. She is a former varsity athlete who has dedicated her life to helping active individuals maintain an active lifestyle through the assessment and management of their injuries. Amanda has travelled extensively as the head athletic therapist for Field hockey Canada as well as being part of the core medical team for a variety of games such as Pan Am, Canada Games, Invictus games and Indiginous games to name but a few.

The other is a graduate of culinary management at Humber College with over 15 years of experience as head chef, head butcher, chief baker, a pastry chef with Lynn Crawford and has consulted with many different restaurants as a chef consultant. The titles and experience these two bring to the table is incredible and they are both so passionate about their callings, and the calling of their partner.
