On Today’s episode, we sat down and spoke with Roni Travis about self-confidence. Roni is a personal trainer with a health and fitness diploma, has her Precision Nutrition Level 1, DARBY TRAINING SYSTEMS Level 1, and CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER WITH THE CANADIAN SOCIETY FOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY, but she seems to have a new view on fitness and working with clients. Confidence comes first and the results are a very close second. There is a change happening with body-positive fitness and Roni wants you to care for your body because you love it, not because you want to fit and image.
